I agree that prevention is always better than cure, but with such factors as genes, no amount of prevention can prevent acne breakouts. In this case, it is always better to consult the dermatologist for a guided treatment of acne.

I have been using sun screen everyday ever since I hit 30. But I still don’t like that sticky feeling on my skin. I have also read that bran is very good for skin especially for sun damaged skin.
